Good question! Your main logo is the design element we will create for you first and it’s the key piece of your branding that you will likely use most often. However, it might not be the right fit (aesthetically or spatially) for every situation. That’s why we also provide you with a variation of your main logo and at least one submark. The variation is typically very similar to the main logo you’ve decided on but in an alternate color or orientation, allowing for additional uses. The submark is a smaller version of your main logo that you can use in thumbnail image spaces or other small areas where your logo doesn’t quite fit.

We will present one complete concept. It’s our job as designers to dive deeply into your brand, create multiple ideas and present the strongest concept we develop. We take everything you’ve told us in your questionnaire to not only design for you, but to recommend the route going forward that will be most successful for your company. Our goal is to design your branding in a way that attracts your dream clients and allows you to feel confident and professional.

You will receive an PDF (vector), JPG and PNG (transparent background) for each logo element (main logo, variation and submarks). You won’t be able to change any aspect of the logo itself later on however, we’re always here if you need help with adjustments down the road.

We design in the Wix platform and absolutely love it. We’re certified “Wix Experts” and have extensive experience not only designing websites, but also making sure they are responsive for mobile and are utilizing important SEO elements. We also work within Worpdress, Squarespace,Shopify and Showit can design on those platform as well.

Usually! Before we commit, we will ask for your credentials so we can log in and take a look at your site. If we’re able to make the changes you need, we’ll gladly give you a quote and get working on it!

We accept payment with credit card via our website. We can also accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp and business checks (can be made out to coconut square and must be cleared before any work started). We are happy to create a payment plan for you if needed!

There is no need to purchase your domain name on your own. We will include your domain name with your design package so we don’t want you to waste your money pre-purchasing one. But, if you do already own one, we are happy to transfer the domain name you own to the website we create for you.

Absolutely! We don’t want you to have to rely on us or any other designer for routine changes you need to make to your site, like adding photos or updating text. So, we will provide you with a user login at the completion of your website design. We will also retain a login so if you need changes that you don’t feel comfortable making on your own, let us know and we will be happy to help!
